Peanut Satay Sauce

10 minutes Cook time 5 minutes Prep time 250 ml (1 cup) servings



On the stove

  1. In a nonstick skillet, heat peanut butter, soy sauce, pineapple juice, brown sugar and lime juice over medium heat. Stir well.
  2. Slowly add the coconut milk and bring to a simmer. Leave to thicken over low heat.
