Mustard-Based Sauce

On the stove

  1. Heat oil over medium heat in a nonstick skillet.
  2. Brown the chopped onion.
  3. Add the mustard powder diluted in honey and Dijon mustard and stir well.
  4. Add the broth or wine mixture and bring to a boil.
  5. Incorporate the diluted cornstarch and leave to thicken over low heat.
