Cranberry and Porto Sauce

  1. Heat the oil over medium heat in a non-stick frying pan. Sauté the onion and the cranberries for 5 to 6 minutes.
  2. Add the port, the honey and the rosemary; bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce while sitirring for 3 to 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
