Grilled Pork Butt

On the stove

  1. Prepare marinade by combining all ingredients (soy sauce, white wine, sake, sugar, onion, carrot and celery) in a skillet. Bring to a boil until the alcohol in the wine and sake has evaporated, then skim.
  2. Coat each pork slice in flour and shake off the excess.
  3. Pour canola oil (approx. 20 g) into a skillet and brown the meat.
  4. Add marinade and warm over high heat while shaking the skillet to ensure that all ingredients mix quickly.
  5. Serve immediatly.
