Preparation
On the stove
- Prepare marinade by combining all ingredients (soy sauce, white wine, sake, sugar, onion, carrot and celery) in a skillet. Bring to a boil until the alcohol in the wine and sake has evaporated, then skim.
- Coat each pork slice in flour and shake off the excess.
- Pour canola oil (approx. 20 g) into a skillet and brown the meat.
- Add marinade and warm over high heat while shaking the skillet to ensure that all ingredients mix quickly.
- Serve immediatly.
