Beer & mustard sauce

On the stove
- In a small saucepan, bring beer, maple syrup, brown sugar and spices to a boil. Reduce over medium heat until mixture is thick enough to coat the back of a spoon, about 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
 - In a bowl, whisk cooled beer mixture with mustards and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
 - Delicious on your Quebec pork burgers.
