Maple and Cider Pulled Ham

4 hours Cook time 25 minutes Prep time 8 to 10 servings



In The Oven

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 °C (320 °F).
  2. Place ham in a large oven-safe pot. Add cider, maple syrup and bay leaves. Season with pepper and mix well.
  3. Spread mustard on top of ham and sprinkle with herbes de Provence. Add enough water to cover ham halfway.
  4. Place in oven and cook for 4 hours, basting ham every hour. Remove and let rest for 15 minutes before cutting and serving.
