Orange-Dijon Sauce

10 minutes Cook time 5 minutes Prep time 125 ml (1/2 cup) servings



On the stove

  1. In a non-stick pan, bring the orange juice to a boil and add the Dijon mustard, zest and rosemary, then reduce by a third.
  2. Stir in the diluted cornstarch and leave to thicken over low heat.
