Orange Ginger Ham

10 hours Cook time 20 minutes Prep time 8 à 10 servings



Slow cooker

  1. Remove ham from netting and rinse under cold water.
  2. Place in slow cooker and add remaining ingredients.
  3. Generously season with salt and pepper, then stir to combine.
  4. Cover with cold water, leaving 2" from top of slow cooker.
  5. Cook on low heat for 9–10 hours or until ham pulls away easily with a fork. Stir halfway through cooking.
  6. Serve with sautéed beans and roasted potatoes.
