Asian Pork Cups

On the stove

  1. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Brown the pork cubes for 8–10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Add the carrots, cabbage, hoisin sauce, garlic, and ginger. Continue cooking for 3–4 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. Divide the mixture into the corn cups and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
