Pork Stir-Fry with Veggies & Hazelnuts

On the stove

  1. In a heated wok or large non-stick skillet set over medium-high heat, heat sesame oil and sauté pork strips for 1 to 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside on a plate.
  2. In the same skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat and sauté onion, bell pepper, broccoli, bok choy, mushrooms, ginger, and garlic for about 4 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add broth and hazelnuts. Bring to a boil. Add diluted cornstarch and allow to boil for about 1 minute, stirring constantly. Return pork strips to skillet and stir to combine. Heat for 1 to 2 minutes. Adjust seasoning and serve.
