Maple and Pineapple Ham

In The Oven
- Place ham in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil over medium heat and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
- Place oven rack in middle position and preheat oven to 275°F (140°C).
- Drain ham and insert cloves.
- Place ham in an oven-safe dish, cover with pineapple slices and pour pineapple juice and maple syrup over top.
- Bake uncovered for 90 minutes, basting 2–3 times with the pineapple juice and maple syrup mixture.
