Sweet & Sour Apple Pork Chops
On the stove
- Coat chops with thyme over a work surface.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Lightly brown chops on each side.
- Spread apple slices over chops and deglaze with cider vinegar and apple syrup. Sprinkle with cinnamon and season to taste. Bring to a boil and cover. Simmer gently for 5 to 6 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let stand, uncovered, for 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
