Hoisin Pork Stir- Fry

On the stove

  1. Heat oils in a non-stick wok or large skillet set over high heat. Sauté bell peppers, onion and mushrooms for 2 minutes. To save time, you may use a ready-to-use mix of vegetables (fresh, pre-washed and trimmed, or a frozen mix). Remove from pan and strain, then set aside.
  2. Reduce heat to medium-high. Sauté pork strips for 2 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  3. Sauté ginger and garlic for 1 minute. Add hoisin sauce and wine and reduce while stirring for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Return vegetables and meat to wok and heat all ingredients for 1 minute while stirring. Season to taste, garnish with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
