Slow-Cooked Pork Tenderloin

Slow cooker
- In a large skillet set over high heat, heat the oil and lightly brown tenderloins on all sides. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
- In the slow cooker, combine chili sauce, maple syrup and onion soup mix. Add tenderloins and coat well with mixture.
- Cook on low for 2 hours.
- Serve with jasmine rice with stir-fried green beans or pasta of your choice.
