Gourmet Pork & Watercress Sandwiches

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, apple butter, mustard, and garlic. Add the nuts. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Spread four slices of bread with the cream cheese mixture and place two slices of roast pork on each. Garnish generously with the watercress and cover with a slice of bread. Cut and serve.
