Gourmet Pork & Watercress Sandwiches
- In a bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, apple butter, mustard, and garlic. Add the nuts. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread four slices of bread with the cream cheese mixture and place two slices of roast pork on each. Garnish generously with the watercress and cover with a slice of bread. Cut and serve.
