On the BBQ

  1. Preheat barbecue to medium.
  2. In a bowl, combine dressing ingredients and season to taste.
  3. Brush pork with dressing and grill for 3–4 minutes on each side, depending on thickness of meat.
  4. Add remaining ingredients to dressing.
  5. Mix well and serve immediately with whole or sliced pork.
