Asian-Inspired Warm Pork Wrap

On the BBQ

  1. In a bowl, combine oil, lemon juice and chili sauce. Generously season with pepper. Add pork and toss to coat.
  2. Mix the mayonnaise and the hoisin sauce together. Set aside.
  3. Heat a skillet or barbecue to medium-high and cook pork steak for 3–5 minutes on each side. Season with salt during cooking.
  4. Meanwhile, top bread with remaining ingredients.
  5. Slice pork into strips and add to toppings.
  6. Fold or roll bread, cut in half and serve immediately with a salad, raw veggies or vegetable chips.
  7. This recipe can also be served cold. Let the pork cool after cooking and prepare the sandwich once cold.
