This recipe is very easy
In The Oven
- Place oven rack in middle position and Preheat oven to 200 °C (400 °F).
- In a large non-stick skillet set over high heat, heat oil and brown pork chops on each side. Set aside on a plate.
- In the same skillet set over medium heat, soften onion and garlic for about 2 minutes. Add tomatoes, olives and deglaze with wine. Season with salt and pepper. Return chops to skillet and mix to combine.
- Bake for approximately 10 minutes. Serve with roasted potatoes and a handful of black cabbage or rapini.
