Pork Paprikash Stir-Fry

On the stove

  1. Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over high heat. Brown pork strips for approximately 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add bell peppers and sauté for 2 minutes. Sprinkle with flour and continue cooking for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  2. Stir in wine, tomatoes, and paprika. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 5 to 6 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
