Thai Pork Stir-Fry
On the stove
- Mix the stir-fry sauce with soy sauce, 5 mL (1 tsp.) oil and the ginger. Refrigerate 60 mL (¼ cup) of the marinade.
- Add pork strips to remaining marinade and coat well. Cover and marinate in the fridge for 20 minutes (for increased tenderness, marinate 1–6 hours).
- Heat oil in a non-stick skillet set over medium-high heat. Brown pork for 2–3 minutes. Remove from skillet, cover and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté vegetables and nuts in reserved marinade for approximately 7–8 minutes. Season to taste.
