10 minutes Cook time 15 minutes Prep time 4 servings

On the stove

  1. Mix the stir-fry sauce with soy sauce, 5 mL (1 tsp.) oil and the ginger. Refrigerate 60 mL (¼ cup) of the marinade.
  2. Add pork strips to remaining marinade and coat well. Cover and marinate in the fridge for 20 minutes (for increased tenderness, marinate 1–6 hours).
  3. Heat oil in a non-stick skillet set over medium-high heat. Brown pork for 2–3 minutes. Remove from skillet, cover and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté vegetables and nuts in reserved marinade for approximately 7–8 minutes. Season to taste.
