Pork Stew with Mustard and Pears

55 to 60 minutes Cook time 10 minutes Prep time 4 servings



On the stove

  1. In a thick-bottomed saucepan heat oil on medium, and lightly brown pork, leeks and carrots.
  2. Add soup stock and mustard and bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to medium-low.
  3. Let simmer 45 minutes.
  4. Add cornmeal mixture, pears, and tarragon.
  5. Simmer 5 minutes on low heat, then season to taste.
