Pork Tenderloin Tikka

Marinade ingredients


In The Oven

  1. Combine all marinade ingredients in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside 125 mL (½ cup) of marinade in the fridge. Add pork tenderloins to bowl with marinade and toss to coat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours (maximum 12 hours).
  2. Place oven rack in middle position. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
  3. Grill pork tenderloins for approximately 2 minutes on each side in a hot, oven-safe grilling pan over high heat. Transfer to oven and bake for another 5 to 7 minutes or until a thermometer inserted in the centre of the tenderloin reads 61°C (142°F) for pink doneness. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Transfer to a plate and cover with foil. Let stand for 5 minutes. Slice and serve with reserved marinade.
