Ham, sausage and lardon sheet pan

Preparation

In The Oven

  1. Place oven rack in middle position. Preheat oven to 220 °C (425 °F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. On the baking sheet, mix bacon with onions and spread over sheet. Arrange potatoes and crush with a fork or mallet. In a bowl, combine oil and 2 cloves garlic and brush potatoes. Sprinkle with oregano. Season with salt and pepper. Spread sausages over baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes. Make 4 wells on the baking sheet and crack eggs into them. Spread ham and cheese all around. Continue cooking for about 6 minutes or until egg whites are cooked.
  4. Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, one clove garlic and water.
  5. Top baking sheet with avocado. Drizzle with garlic sauce and a dash of hot sauce. Top with green onions.
