Asian-Inspired Warm Pork Wrap

On the BBQ
- In a bowl, combine oil, lemon juice and chili sauce. Generously season with pepper. Add pork and toss to coat.
 - Mix the mayonnaise and the hoisin sauce together. Set aside.
 - Heat a skillet or barbecue to medium-high and cook pork steak for 3–5 minutes on each side. Season with salt during cooking.
 - Meanwhile, top bread with remaining ingredients.
 - Slice pork into strips and add to toppings.
 - Fold or roll bread, cut in half and serve immediately with a salad, raw veggies or vegetable chips.
 - This recipe can also be served cold. Let the pork cool after cooking and prepare the sandwich once cold.
