Pink Peppercorn and White Wine Loin Steak

10-15 minutes Cook time 5 minutes Prep time 4 servings



On the stove

  1. In a hot skillet, coat meat in fat and sear for 1–2 minutes on each side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, brown onion for 2–3 minutes.
  3. Add garlic, pink peppercorn, coriander, parsley and honey. Caramelize for 1 minute.
  4. Add white wine and reduce slightly.
  5. Add broth and meat. Finish cooking over low heat, basting regularly.
