Bourbon Pulled Pork Poutine

In The Oven

  1. Place oven rack in the middle position and preheat oven to 190 °C (375 °F).
  2. Cut potatoes into 2-cm (¾-in.) wedges.
  3. In a bowl, toss potatoes with oil and steak spice.
  4. Arrange potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Flip potatoes and continue cooking for another 15 minutes or so, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, heat poutine gravy and add the bourbon. Reheat pulled pork.
  6. Divide potatoes into four bowls and top with cheese. Add the pulled pork and pour bourbon gravy over top.
