Orange Pork Skewers

8 to 10 minutes Cook time 20 minutes Prep time 4 servings



On the BBQ

  1. Combine orange juice, oil, chili sauce, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic in a large bowl. Add pork cubes and toss to coat with marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes (or up to 6 hours).
  2. Thread cubes onto skewers, alternating with green onion pieces and orange wedges. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Preheat barbecue to medium heat or use a grill pan.
  4. Grill skewers on barbecue or hot grill pan for 6 to 8 minutes, flipping with tongs and brushing regularly with marinade.
