Miso-Maple Pork & Pear Skewers

Miso-maple marinade


On the BBQ

  1. In a bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients. Set aside.
  2. Add the meat to the miso marinade. Marinate in the fridge for 1 hour.
  3. Preheat the barbecue to high. Oil the grill.
  4. Thread the meat onto skewers, alternating with pear pieces. Oil the meat.
  5. Grill the kebabs for about 8 minutes or until the meat reaches pink doneness, turning halfway through cooking.
