Pork Fajitas
Ingredients
Chili powder is a mild spice blend that is easily found in grocery stores. It usually consists of sweet paprika, chili pepper, cumin, dried oregano, ground cilantro, garlic powder and salt.

Preparation
- Slice 500 g (1.1 lbs.) of the pork loin into 1.5-cm (⅝-in.) thick slices and then into strips. Set any remaining meat aside.
- Chop the onions and julienne the bell peppers.
- In a large hot skillet, add 30 mL (2 tbsp.) of oil and sauté onions and bell peppers for 5 minutes. Remove vegetables from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet set to high heat, add 30 mL (2 tbsp.) of oil and sear pork strips until the meat is browned.
- Add paprika, cumin, chili powder, broth, vinegar, garlic, and cornstarch mixture, then stir to combine. Continue cooking for a few minutes until sauce thickens and coats the meat. Return the vegetables to the skillet and toss. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve in tortillas. Garnish with cilantro leaves and serve with lime wedges.
