This recipe is very easy
On the stove
- Melt butter in a large skillet or pot over medium-high heat and sauté onion for approximately 2 minutes. Add meat and sauté for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add broth, parsley and spices. Cover and simmer for about 1 hour, stirring frequently.
- Add breadcrumbs and use an electric mixer to blend until smooth. Season to taste.
- Pour mixture into a mould and pack firmly. Cover and refrigerate for approximately 4 hours before serving. Serve with vegetable soup and a loaf of crusty whole wheat bread.
