This recipe is very easy
On the BBQ
- Preheat barbecue to medium or use a grill pan.
- In a bowl, combine butter, mustard and spices. Set aside.
- Arrange chops on a baking sheet. Drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Use ¾ of the butter mixture to spread over the chops.
- Grill chops for about 2 minutes on each side or until desired doneness, spreading remaining butter on each one. Transfer to a plate and cover with aluminum foil. Let stand for 5 minutes. Serve with fries or potatoes as desired, barbecue sauce and coleslaw.
